• Returns and exchanges are accepted on most made-to-order jewelry. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. This covers the labor involved to resize and resell the returned piece. To start the return process you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 5 days of receipt, and all paperwork (including any diamond and gemstone certificates, if applicable) must be returned as well. After forty-eight (48) hours all sales are final.
• The return and exchange policy is limited to regular collection pieces. Sale pieces, multi-gemstone family rings, customized jewelry and worn or altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received complimentary shipping on your purchase, we will refund the total price minus shipping costs and the 20% restocking charge.
