Alysha Whitfield Jewelry is not responsible for these charges and all fees and taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility. Returns will not be accepted if the package is returned due to unpaid import fees.

North America: 3-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 2-5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

YES! My jewelry is made to be customizable. If you see a piece of jewelry that you would like with a different stone or changed slightly in some way, please fill out my custom jewelry form

Full payment is required for all custom orders prior to production and shipment.
• CAN YOU USE A GEMSTONE THAT I ALREADY HAVE?
This depends on what type of gemstone or diamond you have. Please contact me if you would like to use your stone in a custom piece of jewelry.
• DO I NEED TO KNOW MY EXACT RING SIZE WHEN ORDERING?

Yes. It is important to have the correct ring size when placing your order to avoid unwanted fees. I have complimentary ring sizing kits

• HOW DO I CARE FOR AND CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
There is a lot you can do to care for your jewelry. The most important is that you do not expose your jewelry to chemicals. It is also important to have your jewelry inspected yearly by a jeweler to prevent loss of gemstones and diamonds. Alysha Whitfield Jewelry is not be responsible for lost gemstones or diamonds. Please contact me for care regarding your specific piece of jewelry.
• CAN I RETURN A PIECE OF JEWELRY I BOUGHT FROM YOUR SHOP?
The short answer is no. I make each item to order specifically for you in your unique size and specifications. If you order an item from my shop, I will be investing time and resources to craft this item for you. I am proud of my work and take great care in creating each piece. The pictures in each listing represent the item accurately. If you find there is an issue with your jewelry, I will work with you to resolve the problem and offer solutions.

• DOES YOUR JEWELRY COME IN A BOX?
Yes! Your jewelry will be packaged in a luxurious velvet ring box for the perfect presentation.
• HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR JEWELRY?
Domestic Shipping (USA)
I use USPS and FedEx to ship within the USA.
I use USPS International.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Please note that it can take up to 5 weeks for delivery with standard shipping. Faster shipping options are available at checkout.
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes that may occur
All packages will be insured for loss or damage. If your package is lost, I will replace your jewelry (when applicable) after the suggested waiting period set by USPS - 40 days for international packages and 20 days for US/domestic packages. If your package is damaged, you must inform me to submit a claim within 15 days. Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged packages. Delays due to shipping errors are beyond my control.
